Pilates on Ice takes you from a slow, solid beginning
to a vigorous real-time intermediate Pilates mat workout.
Rebecca Leone is trained in the classical
method of Pilates. Her teacher training program was comprehensive
and her Master Teacher was Romana Kryzanowska. Rebecca has
been training Lakewood Winter Club skaters since March 2002,
has presented at the 2003 ISI Conference in Las Vegas, a September
2002 PSA NW Seminar, and at the May 2004 San Diego ISI/PSA
Conference. Rebecca is a continuing education provider for
Pilates Method Alliance, the Association for Pilates Professionals.
